Why should I care about unity if I’m just trying to survive Ministry?

The Church in South Florida was hurting.

Moral failure. Burnout. Competition. Isolation.

In a moment of deep pain and disconnection, a group of pastors asked: What would it look like to lay down ego — and link arms instead?

Unity isn’t a strategy. It’s obedience.

In John 17:21 we unite as God’s people “…so that the world may believe that you have sent me [Jesus].” We believe the Church — God’s people are the hope of the world and the hope of South Florida. The Church is the means by which God has chosen to bring and reflect his Kingdom on earth.

At the center of all of this, Christ rules the Church. The Church is Christ’s body, in which he speaks and acts and by which he fills everything with his presence.
— Ephesians 1:23
