Soul Care Cohorts. As a leader, your backstage is more important than your front-stage. Working on the backstage of our lives thrives in community – not isolation. We invite you to join a soul-care cohort with other leaders within your ministry focus area. Our cohorts are designed to be a place where pastors and ministry leaders find community, practical resourcing, friendship and rest.
Marriage Retreats. Ministry marriages matter. We’ve partnered with a local, best in-class marriage ministry Relate Well Life Well to provide curated marriage retreats exclusively for local pastors and their churches in South Florida. These retreats are geared to give you practical tools and recourses needed to ensure your ministry flows from a healthy marriage.
Invest in your Board + Governance Structure:
Join us for breakfast on Thursday, February 13, at First Baptist Fort Lauderdale with special guest Mart Green to discuss tools and strategies for church governance teams.
Collaborate Together:
Collective Sermon Series. Every November, churches all across South Florida join together for a joint teaching series meant to catalyze and equip Christians to share Jesus with their unbelieving friends, family members, and neighbors. Join us as we preach together with one voice and see how God moves in our congregations when we speak in unity.
Good Neighbor Days. All throughout November “Good Neighbor Days” will gather volunteers at Serve Sites across South Florida to do good for others and uplift our communities. Learn more.
Night of Worship. Save the date for our Night of Worship, where we’ll gather together as the Church to reflect on this past year and celebrate the ways God has moved in South Florida. Mark your calendar: December 4 at 6:30pm at First Baptist Fort Lauderdale.
